If you’d like to buy multiple Traingift vouchers of the same value, go to the Give page and follow our standard buying process.

Once you come to the cart, you can easily adjust the quantity of your basket and add more train gift cards.

To buy multiple Traingift vouchers with different values, just click “Continue shopping” in your cart to add gift cards with the amounts you need.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery currency and the number of physical gifts in your order. You can find the full overview in the table below. The shipping cost is calculated per order, based on the total number of physical gifts you purchase. Digital and PDF gifts are delivered instantly by email and do not require shipping.

All luxury train gift cards are delivered with our super-fast worldwide priority service. Gifts ordered before 2.30 pm on business days will be delivered the same day. Please see the table below for the delivery times per country.

It’s not currently possible to combine a Traingift, Activitygift, Flightgift and Hotelgift as they are four separate Experiencegift brands.

To check your gift card balance, contact our customer service and they’ll be happy to tell you your gift card balance.

No, you don’t need to activate your Traingift before use. Simply head to our Redeem page, browse our train journeys and add your Traingift code during checkout.

If you’re struggling to redeem your Traingift, please contact our 24/7 customer service who will be more than happy to help you.

If you have money left over on your gift card for trains, you can use it towards another booking! If your next booking is more expensive than the amount on the gift card, you can settle the remaining balance at checkout with the payment method of your choice.

The earliest travel date you can choose is five days from today. For example, if you’re booking on a Monday, the first available travel date is Saturday. This gives us time to arrange your tickets with the train operator and make sure they reach you before you travel. If you already have a date in mind, we recommend booking as soon as you can so you have the best choice of departures.

It is possible to pay for your train gift card order by invoice. Once the payment is received, the corporate gift cards will be ready for use.

You can choose to send a Traingift via three shipment methods:

1. eGift: send a digital Traingift to the recipient’s email address instantly. The recipient will receive an email with their Traingift as a fun animation.

2. Printable PDF: receive a printable PDF in your inbox. You can print the attachment, fold it into a card, and it’s ready to give in person.

3. Physical gift card: receive a physical Traingift by mail. Send it directly to the recipient or yourself to give it in person. We ship orders with priority mail to the US and any other country worldwide.

You can upload your company logo and add a message for the finishing touch. Within one order we can create different gift card designs for you. Need help with the design? Our team of designers is on hand to help you.

Global shipment for physical Traingift cards takes from 2 to 8 business days. We ship from the Netherlands to the US and any destination worldwide.

After completing the booking process, a confirmation page will display all your booking details. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address.
